Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy whilst providing you with a personalised service. This privacy policy outlines the ways we may collect, store and use your data and why.

WHO WE ARE:

Rayfield Allied Ltd is the controller and responsible for your personal data.

PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT:

We collect personal data about you when you enquire about or engage one of our artists or when you contact us through our website. We may also collect data which is freely available and in the public domain (such as the contact page of your business website) if there is a legitimate business interest (see below).

The personal data collected in the above manner may include your full name, contact details including postal address, email address and telephone number.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

There are two bases under which we process your data:

1. Contract purposes

When you engage one of our artists, we will use your data in order to fulfil our contract with you. We will keep this data in order to make future contractual processing with us easier. If you ask us to stop processing or delete your information while we still have an open contractual obligation to you (e.g. engagements involving our artists are still to occur) we will only do so after the contract has been completed or cancelled.

2. Legitimate Business Interests

We may process your personal data for our legitimate business interests e.g. direct marketing and promotional campaigns. “Legitimate Interests” means the interests of Rayfield Allied in conducting and managing the organisation in such a way that enables us to give you the best service and communications and the best and most secure experience. For example, we have an interest in making sure our promotional campaigns are relevant for you, so we may process your information to send you marketing that is tailored to your interests. When we process your personal information for our legitimate interests, we make sure to consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative), and your rights under data protection laws. Our legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests – we will not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless with your explicit consent.

DATA SECURITY:

We take appropriate steps to maintain our contact information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use.

HOW TO CHECK WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS HELD BY RAYFIELD ALLIED, OR TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

The General Data Protection Regulation provides for rights of access, modification and deletion of your personal data.

If for any reason you are concerned that the personal data held by Rayfield Allied is not correct, or if you would like to raise an objection as to the processing of your personal data, please write to us at info@rayfieldallied.com
